About Me

Hi, I’m Sam Hendrix — a recent graduate from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications and minors in Political Science and General Business.

I’m passionate about building brands, telling meaningful stories, and creating content that connects. Whether it’s through PR, social media, or campaign strategy, I love finding creative ways to bring ideas to life. My experience spans across corporate communications at FedEx, motorsports PR with Speedway Motorsports, and national brand work as part of the AAF National Student Advertising Competition, where I helped lead a full-scale campaign for AT&T.

Along the way, I’ve served as Chapter President of PRSSA, traveled the world with Semester at Sea, and worked on everything from campus social media to media relations in NASCAR. I’ve also managed media inboxes, built newsletters, and contributed to branding initiatives across nonprofit, academic, and corporate settings.

I’m currently open to full-time roles in communications, PR, or brand strategy—especially in Huntsville, AL or remote—and I’m excited to join a team where I can keep growing and making an impact.
